    Kane County Alarm Permit Ordinance #16-289 requires all businesses and residences with burglar alarm systems to have a valid Alarm Permit. The Ordinance governing the Alarm Permits can be viewed online. The alarm user acknowledges and authorizes that information contained herein may be shared with the alarm company for the purpose of reducing false alarms. Fees and/or Fines will be assessed based on the following:

    The Alarm User acknowledges and affirms that all information contained herein is true and correct to the best of their knowledge. This application may be denied or the permit revoked for false or misleading information and that the Applicant certifies that he/she is authorized to act for the intended permit holder. Permits are not transferable.
